We’re home now and settling back into our rhythm, going through images, and rereading our notes. Being in places like Tokyo and Shanghai are sensory overloads when your day to day consists of the calm and serene Southern California PCH out your front window. However, when you return from the vibrating lights and constant audible overload of these metropolitan places, home suddenly becomes…boring. It’s a readjustment to appreciate that serene workspace environment. Balance is key. Balance is key. Too much calm leads to not enough evolution and progression. Too much intense leads to clutter and confusion. These quick trips happen frequently for us, allowing us the balance to interpret, organize and digest the intense moments abroad, in a clear and focused way. Here are some visual references from the second part of our trip last week to Shanghai and Tokyo.
