Yoni represents what Youth Curated is at it’s purest form. Full of energy and curiosity, this San Diego native is still in High School yet handles a lens better than most twice his age. Recently on a break from school the kid headed out to the Sierras…just because. Here’s what he had to say:
What do you do when you’ve just graduated high school and you’re finally free to roam the roads? You go explore. And so we did. From one extreme to the other, we bolted up the 395 all the way to the Sierras. We started on a Monday morning, just because we finally could. It was time to get lost up at 11,000 feet. Freezing cold lake swims and seemingly endless climbs. Carrying everything you need to survive on your back feels pretty good. And nothing screams youth like running away with your friends to the mountains for a week of madness.
We’re stoked that Yoni wanted to share this gorgeous series of images with us, and can’t wait to see what the future brings him.
